Midollo has been working with the University of Manchester (UoM), providing specialist purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) advice to bring to life their exciting residential redevelopment strategy.
Our advisory and project management services have included working with lead consultant RLB in obtaining outline planning consent for 3,300 new beds at UoM's Fallowfield Campus. More recently we've lead a team of Technical Advisors supporting the University with the procurement of a Delivery Partner. Great client, and an amazing project!
