Midollo has an opportunity for a Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience to join our growing team. The candidate should be willing to travel to projects primarily in the Northwest but also further afield to our large multi-million pound student accommodation schemes throughout the UK. This travel is primarily on an adhoc basis, outside of that we are a working from home based business with a team working day in Manchester every month. We also offer flexible working.
Whilst PFI, NEC, JCT, Purpose-Built Student Accommodation, Private Residential and Healthcare experience is desirable it is not essential as we can teach you the nuances. The candidate will ideally be working towards Chartership status. Salary is negotiable depending on experience. The anticipated range is £30-£40k plus benefits and access to our 'Unlimited Holiday' policy.
